In remembrance of his father, David, the name Dockside Dave’s was born and Kyle’s family food journey had begun - and what better way to start a journey, than on wheels?
Dockside Dave’s Food Truck was established in 2022
a dedication to local & fresh seafood, quality ingredients, attention to detail, and of course, Flavor!

He knew good Food can transform any meal into a moment.
Perhaps his greatest legacy was the work ethic he instilled in his family.
